Implement a feature to allow users to book flights for client work, specifying airline preferences, cost, destination, and travel dates.

Acceptance Criteria

1. User can select a preferred airline.
2. User can input the estimated cost of the flight.
3. User can specify the destination and purpose of the trip.
4. User can enter their legal full name and contact information.
5. User can select departure and return dates.
6. User can confirm the booking is approved by a supervisor.
