When clicking on a lab message, the XML text shows instead of the usual UI

Bug Description

When you try to view a lab message in Test2, instead of showing the UI with the lab message information, it shows all the backend text/XML text

Reproduction Steps

1. log in to test 2 as admin
2. click on messages
3. click on the eye button for lab message
4. see xml text instead of UI layout of lab message text ...

Expected Behavior

it should look similar to the doctors declaration message, not show the XML text

Not a bug the UI apparently just looks like that, will talk after release about potential to match lab message UI with DD UI
