Empty PDF file when downloading External Messages - Change feature so that download button leads to download of original XML
Bug Description
When using the download button to download an external message from the Message Directory a PDF file is downloaded but it has 0KB file size and when trying to open it in Acrobat Viewer the following message appears. Instead of creating a PDF, we want the download button to allow the user to download the original XML from the message.
Reproduction Steps
- Go to Message Directory
- Download any of the messages
- Try to open the file in Acrobat Reader ...
Expected Behavior
The downloaded file should be the original XML from the lab msg

The PDF is not corrupt, it is empty. The generation of a PDF was never implemented as far as I could see.
Decision: Change the button from (intending to allow user to download PDF) to allowing the user to download the original XML file
