Extra labels without values

Bug Description

1. Create a case with AFP disease(any disease it should behave the same).
2. Open the created case

3. Just below the case classification, system shows two labels without any values.

Reproduction Steps

1.Create a case 2. Open it 3. Check the extra labels without any values just below the Case Classification. ...

Expected Behavior

If the values are not available, those labels should be hidden.
