Condition of a sample when Not Adequate does not lead to a sample collection task
Bug Description
In Sample or New Sample, selecting Specimen Condition and Not Adequate open a Reason text field. Then when saving a popup ask if a sample collection task should be created. Clicking on Yes save the data but does not open a new task.
Reproduction Steps
1.Create a new sample 2.Select Specimen Condition : Not adequate 3. Type something in the Reason field 4. Save 5. Click Yes when the popup ask to create a new task ...
Expected Behavior
Selecting Yes from the popup should open a (prefilled) task window

@Christophe-SF which disease was this for? we are unable to replicate this bug (no popup when saving for not adequate sample)
@SORMAS-EmelineJanigan Tested on a bunch of diseases (anthrax, AFP, CRS, the different flus) until I can reproduce it. It's happening when using an existing sample, not when creating a new sample (my bad) but then, it's happening within all mentioned diseases.
