sorting is wrong in cases display form

Bug Description

Sorting is wrong for the columns like Creation Date and date of report, quarantine ending, Investigation status.

Reproduction Steps

1. Login to the Sormas system.
2. Click Cases tab
3. Click on the fields like Creation Date, Date of report, Quarantine ending, Investigation status and others.
4. Check the case data is sorted either ascending/descending order. ...

Expected Behavior

Cases list should be sorted according to the selected sorted fields.

@KarnaiahPesula I understood this issue because we talked about it but if someone were to read it without the previous context it's not very clear. can you make it so that anyone without context would understand (e.g. explain about how the dates are out of order), esp the expected behavior
