Add National Health ID to custom exports

Problem Description

When creating custom exports for cases and contacts, the national health ID can not be selected

Proposed Change

Add the option to include the national health ID to custom exports

Added Value/Benefit

It gives the users more options to customize the system to their needs

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] National Health ID can be selected as an option in case exports
• [ ] National Health ID can be selected as an option in contact exports

Implementation Details

The Checkbox for the national health ID should be placed on the UI at the following positions:

Cases: In section "Sensitive Person Data" --> Above "First Name" --> Label: "National Health ID"

Contacts: In section "Sensitive Person Data" --> Above "First Name of Contact Person" --> Label: "National Health ID of Contact Person
