Create documentation (wiki) how to use Self Reporting
Problem Description
With the new Self-Reporting Module, we have to tell users how to use it. With a proper documentation in the wiki, that explains how to set it up (feature configuration), import/export data, process messages and delete self-reported messages this will do the job.

[ ] Add a new section in the wiki for self-reporting that can be used by the SORMAS Foundation to add a new chapter in the SORMAS manual

To ensure that "Self Reports" are imported correctly, a structured import template needs to be created and made available. This template will guide users in the correct formatting and data fields required for successful self-report imports into the system.
