Add an AEFI investigations list to AEFI report forms

Feature Description

After create/edit forms for AEFI reporting has been added in #12769 as part of epic #12634, a sidebar with information about associated investigations is required for the AEFI report edit form.

Added Value/Benefit

Users will be able to have a quick overview/summary of investigations related to the adverse event and access the investigation create/edit forms

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] A sidebar for investigations has been added to the existing adverse event report edit form with the following features:
  • A "New Investigation" button that takes the user to the creation form to enter a new adverse event investigation
  • A summary list of investigations related to the adverse event.
    • Each summary has an edit button that takes the user to the edit form of the investigation
