Reinfection detail group is not translated

Bug Description

The ReinfectionDetailGroup.GENOME_SEQUENCE in enum.properties does not have a translation.

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to a case and set the "Reinfection" option group to "Yes"
2. The ReinfectionDetail will open showing a set of checkboxes grouped by a ReinfectionDetailGroup
3. The group containing "Genome sequence of virus from previous SARS-CoV-2 infection is known" does not have a title.
