Request for Guidelines on Experiments with FEMNIST and Shakespeare

Hi,

Thank you for sharing your interesting project. However, I'm finding it unclear how to fully run FEMNIST and Shakespeare with complete training and testing pipelines, as described in FedLab tutorial.

Since the datasets originate from Leaf, I'm not quite sure about the modifications you've made. A working example beyond the pure MNIST described in the tutorial would be highly appreciated.
