[Feature request] Control mapper: auto-repeat transformation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. PXN-CB1 button box knobs implementation is poorly done, resulting in just a continuous output signal when you turn the knob a bit fast. this force you to turn the knob slowly to have a real repeating sequence of output. An auto-repeat transformation would help this.

Describe the solution you'd like When mapping buttons, in addition to existing transformations, we could have an auto-repeat transformation. It would generate pulsating output signal as long as the button is pressed. Like the auto-fire mode of the old gaming joysticks basically... Ideally, initial delay and frequency would be configurable.
