Installing Managed Package in Scratch Org with CumulusCI: Auto-Resolve Latest Beta/Release

I’m trying to configure CumulusCI to install a managed package in a scratch org. I want it to automatically resolve and install either the latest beta version or the latest released version, depending on the scenario.

Can someone guide me on how to set this up in the cumulusci.yml file or through the appropriate CumulusCI commands? Any examples or documentation references would be helpful.
