[BUG] Managed Package custom report types not containing all Summit Event fields

The custom report types that are part of the Summit Events package do not contain all of the Summit Event fields. Example: "Summit Event Registration" does not contain the "Event" field.

Because these are managed package report types, the user cannot edit them to add these missing fields themselves, so important we do this in the package whenever a new field is added.
