[BUG] - Upgrading removes Default Label on Existing Event Records
Describe the bug When Upgrading from .26 to .27, one of the new features is the ability to control field labels on the standard questions. Because of the new feature, the existing event records don't automatically have the default field labels which are identified at the time of Event record creation.
This makes the page appear to have not question labels and only answer boxes.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Upgrade the Summit Events Package.
- Go to an existing Event created during the prior release.
- Attempt to register for the event
- See that the field label fields are blank on the existing event records
- Create a new event record and see that the default fields are populated because of the "Create".
Expected behavior Upon Upgrade, the field labels were already defaulted on the registration page to what they were from the previous release.

Additional context This can be resolved temporarily with a Data Load or a List view Update on all Event Records. Attached is a .csv file with access to the default field labels where you can update in mass with all the appropriate Event record IDs or List view update 200 at a time for each field.
