Multi-day Event Enhancement

Multi Days event scenario:

• Every year, we organise a conference, which happens in-person (when possible) with the possibility to join online for part of the program. It is spanned on 3.5 days
• The program consists mainly of plenary sessions (for everyone) and workshops / networking groups (on specific topics / interests).
• We would offer the possibility to register for a specific day or for the whole event (it's important to know which day as the meals are included - so we would ask specific questions about food allergies but that's already possible)
• Ideally, the participants would be choosing their workshops already. This does not mean they HAVE to join that one, but the idea is that we can decide which room at the venue the Workshop A will take place as they need that technology and we believe there will be 20 people participating. So on a logistic POV this really would help for the planning.
• Now this is not a need for us but I know other organisations who have a different pricing depending on if you are a member or not, so I would imagine a coupon system could definitely be great to have.
• The cherry on the cake, as I see you have a nice calendar view, would be if we could sort of create the whole planning of the event with that tool in it (adding program elements one by one to the main event), but there I think we are getting a bit too far away from the goal of this package. (need to consider dates and the calendar configuration for this)
