Save the Date Page - The current page structure involved an "open registration" page as well as a "event close" page. While one could leverage the "Event closed" page as a save-the-date like page, it creates manual management of having to switch those instances to planning/active/closed, etc. In an ideal state, you could create a "Save the Date" page that captures the Event Details, add to calendar links (#267) and no registration related fields.

This would allow an individual to have clear context on building the event from Promotion to open registration to closed, for a more positive registrant experience. This would also allow those that want to promote an event where they don't want registrations, for whatever reason, to utilize the tool in a meaningful way that can connect to their website, calendars, etc.
