All Appointment Types set to Auto Confirm

Having a conversation with St. Thomas Users. They have a few events that have a set structure. While they are predetermined appointment types, there is details on the appointment (associated to the registration) that will get updated for them to allow itineraries to be generated with appropriate details.

The enhancement ask is that if all appointments types are set to Auto Confirm, skip the Appointment Option page and go directly to the Submit Page.

So in my mind, Get all Appointment Types -- If any of related Appointment Types Auto Confirm=FALSE, proceed to Appointment Option page, otherwise skip appointment option page.
