Create a payment connector method for paid events and those with optional donations

Many organizations have paid events or allow optional donations to be added to the event registration, and as a result many of the event tools on the market (Linvio, Blackthorn, Fonteva, TargetX, etc.) have a payment connector. We have had several conversations about adding payment connectors to Summit Events and some schools have built custom integrations (such as St. Thomas with TouchNet and https://github.com/SFDO-Community-Sprints/Summit-Events-App/issues/29), but creating this issue so we have a formal request for a payment connector solution for Summit Events.

Basic requirements are:

1. Payment Connector works with multiple payment gateways
2. Payment Connector is free or low cost
3. Payment Connector is easy to use - connects easily to Summit Events

There are several payment connectors in the market, here are two I recommend we investigate first:

1. Salesforce.org "Elevate" Payment Services Gateway Connector: https://www.salesforce.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/ELE_Payment-Services-Solution-Brief_200825.pdf

• Elevate appears to be the future for Salesforce.org payments with roadmap to work with multiple payment gateways, so it makes sense to use this if possible to provide maximum flexibility for organizations and alignment with Salesforce. Drawback is that Elevate is a paid solution.

2. Brickworks (and Aura) https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N300000031B7REAU

• Brickworks is free which is the primary appeal, a solid solution. Drawback is that it only works with iATS gateway so its limiting.
