missing .DLL files For Windows

i was looking for .DLL for sdrplay2 but seems they not in the download zip file ExtIO_SDRplay_RSP2.sln whats about this?

How do I install a DLL?

I suppose I put the DLL in the sdrsharp-x64 directory. Correct? And then do I need to edit SDRSharp.config? What do I put in there, e.g. for ExtIO_SDRplay_RSPdx.dll?
