Auto invest "specialy goods box" into consignment and auto settle it whenever possible inside town scripts in the new job system

My suggested scenario is the following

• Return to town for some reason
• Go to storage to store looted stuff from grinding
• Go to NPCs to buy and sell stuff (to free some space up in your inventory)
• Wear job suit
• Go to your job NPC (either smuggler if thief or trader if hunter)
• Invest your looted "specialty goods box" items
• Click "settle consignment trading" (to settle any previously invested items in consignment)
• Go to storage (again) to store collected items from settlement (if any)
• Take off job suit
• Continue normal activity
