Auto select correct Silkroad version

We should think about auto selecting the correct client profile (vietnam188, thailand, global...) after the user has selected the client directory.

• Is there an easy way to detect which client is being used?
• At least ~80% of the servers use the 188 server files, shouldn't we default the selection to it instead of Thaiwan?

Previously, Vietnam was chosen. So the language index was 1 but after I added the jsro v1.036 client support, the lang index was moved from 1 to 2. So I forgot to change the index in the combo box. It's fixed now.
