Copyright in files and policy on year in copyright

I can integrate the copyright check that the proper copyright is included in each file as done in JReliability. However, we are currently using 2014 as the copyright year throughout the project which is kind of strange for newer code. We should fix a policy on how to treat the year in the copyright notice and then I can reflect this in the check and formatter.
