Complex support for AddKnownsToLinearSystem or ApplyFEMVoltageSource

There is currently a hole in the workflow for voltage source simulations when using complex numbers. The current work around would require splitting up the matrix and using AddKnownsToLinearSystem or ApplyFEMVoltageSource and recombining matrices, but this is clunky and likely to be error proned. It would be easier if these two modules were implemented for complex numbers (AddKnowsToLinearSystem first).

@jessdtate Could you construct an example network using complex data, as far as you can get it, with the "holes" labeled? That way I have an easy test network.
