Expanded ViewScene screenshot functionality, part 2

Follows #1989 Still to do:

• [x] Generate unique filename for screenshot to upload for email
• [x] Add quick screenshot option to current screenshot button, that saves to desktop with (similarly) generated file name
• [ ] Add network xml copy to email attachment list

Is there an easy way to add the viewscene number? it looks like it tracks the index for each viewscene window. How about the network name? These could be pushed until after the release.
