Allow users to specify number of cores per node to be used in cluster scripts.

Add an option to cluster scripts (both scenario and validation scripts) to enable users to specify the number of cores to be used per node. This is useful to limit the number of concurrent BBP jobs launched at each node and avoid running out of memory issues.
