[Feature Request]: Multi-Instance TabContainer

Feature Request Description

We would like to request the Multi-Instance TabContainer component.

Proposed Solution

Component being created and made available by web components.

Proposed Alternatives

Currently we are using icon tab bar instead, but we do need the functionality to harmonize the screens in SAP Build. Currently one of our tools is using UI5, there they use the multi instance tab container, thus us needing to use it as well.

@ShirSAP Please get in contact with me (Daniel Vladinov) to discuss your scenario Web Components TabContainer is planned to have closable Tabs, but there are no plans to behave like sap.m.TabContainer (meaning show one big document that is scrollable via Tabs)
