Enable input controls grouping in OpenUI5 enablement

Currently, when used inside OpenUI5, web components that have a group item, don't have their items grouped with binding.

A PoC must be created for any of them, and then eventually applied for the rest.

Hi @nikolay-kolarov if needed you can change the BLI placement within the Roadmap (it's added to Q1 March for the moment)
