ui5-webcomponents fix(ui5-search-field): add scope-value property

We received stakeholder feedback that selecting search scopes wasn’t very app-friendly. To address this, we updated the interaction model by adding a value property to the search-scope component and a scope-value property to the Search component. These now define the currently selected search scope.
