ts-types-esm: sap.f.FlexibleColumnLayoutSemanticHelper UI state object structure not defined

This structure is only explained in the documentation fulltext. The JSDoc used for the TypeScript definition just says "object". Used for e.g. the methods getNextUIState and getCurrentUIState.
