Configuration in ui5.yaml file to skip a pre-configured task

Expected Behavior

I should be able to write some configuration in the ui5.yaml file to skip a pre configured task, for example, the generateLibraryPreload task.

Current Behavior

Each of the pre-configured task is executed and non of them can be skipped.
