Support Initial Position for sap.m.Dialog

A Dialog is always opened having a centered position. This is a disadvantage for some use cases. Especially this is a drawback when the goal is to have multiple non blocking dialogs (as referenced in #1022).

Please add a support to set an initial position for the dialog.

My current workaround is to set the Dialog members _oManuallySetSize and _oManuallySetPosition before open(). Of course this not a desired way in the long term.
