feat: show fe building block controls instead of mdc controls

This PR enable following interaction:

  • Hide children of FE building block control in outline (left panel)
  • Selection an FE building block control in outline (left panel), respective MDC control is highlighted in overlay (preview) and properties of FE building block controls is displayed in properties panel (right panel)
  • Selecting an MDC control in overlay (preview), respective FE building block control is selected in outline (left panel) and its properties is displayed in properties panel (right panel)
