Could not get the parameter description for "STRING" Error

In runtime when we pass input parameter as map[INT:[map[STRING:1]]] we get error that STRING is invalid RFC parameter but when we pass input parameter as map[INT:[1]] it works. We suspect that the "STRING" parameter which we are receiving at design time is not correct. Can you suggest what could be the issue?
