Parsing Incoming/Outgoing messages

Hello, I'm looking for a webhook to parse incoming / outgoing messages.

• the basic documentation works (using
• the window.webchatMethods webhook works but I can't find a documentation of available methods
• Folowing the WebClientDevGuide there is no windows.sap or windows.sapcai objects to hook with
• Folllowing this answer of an issue in this repository the applicationParse is never called back

Is there an up to date documentation ? Thanks

Hi Jean-Philippe The WebChat is legacy code. The documentation you are referencing is for WebClient (Replacement for the WebChat). Use the script under the "connect -> SAP Conversational AI Web Client" selection of the BOT builder BR John
