Manual Approvals

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I can't find a way to put manual approval gates in a pipeline/workflow.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like the ability for a pipeline/workflow to stop and wait for a set list of people who are allowed to approve it to approve it.

Describe alternatives you've considered Hooking into some thirdparty service and causing a pipeline step to loop until thirdparty service has true.

One option would be to implent a Service which talks to the thirdparty component and only sets the status to ready if the approval has been set in the thirparty component.
