Stuck with submit button

In LCNC_Workshop, I have done all step already then I launch an AppGyver for testing. In App preview, I filled in First name and LastName then click submit invoice to the next page. Second, I uploaded an invoice.png to the App and I click submit but nothing happened. I click inspect page for find the error and found this. How can I solve it? error
