Cannot open app - Node.js 16 has reached end of life

Hello, the URL to open the deployed app does not work. Is it related to the fact that Node.js 16 reached end of life? https://help.sap.com/whats-new/cf0cb2cb149647329b5d02aa96303f56?locale=en-US&Valid_as_Of=2023-09-01%3A2023-09-12&Component=Node.js%20System%20Buildpack

"Node.js 16 has reached end of life today. It will stay available up until version Information published on non-SAP site of the buildpack. When this version disappears from SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry environment, deployment and redeployment of applications running on Node.js 16 will fail."
