Hello Daniel,
I had a wonderful day last Tuesday. The atmosphere was right, and I saw a lot of topics. I was lucky that everything went smoothly, I heared from other people that if you made a mistake somewhere, you'd have to hurry to finish it all. Nevertheless, I got several remarks (by WhatsApp, LinkedIn or mail) that people really enjoyed the day, both regarding the content and atmosphere.
If I might give one suggestion: I missed a bit of context in your last part about Business Process Automation,. After a long day coding, people are tired and need a bit more guidance. I would suggest you review the last exercise, handle questions, and then start with the BPA. First an overview (architectural, or process, or anything with a picture) to show there is a new topic. It will help to clarify the last topic.
All in all I had really great day!
Thanks for your kind remarks.
I want to implement what you suggested. Which part needs a little more context? Do you mean the part at he end where I demo'd some of the parts we did not do at the codejam -- automation bots and actions?
In any event, I probably provided too much information and we should have started sooner on the exercise. Thanks for the feedback.
Hello Daniel, Yes - I meant the demo after all exercices were done at the end of the day. The BPA part with bots and actions was a bit out of the blue sky. An introduction where to find the BPA in the BTP and in the cloud-cockpit would have been helpful. But again: it was a very valuable day!
