Database table creation: initial "Add Column" field focus.

Problem: When adding a new column during table creation, the focus is not on the "Add Column" form. One has to go and click on the desired field manually.

Possible solution: Automatically set the focus on the first input field in the "Add Column" form (at the current moment - "Name").
