Advanced support Dutch / Translation idea

Hello there,

For my internship ( February 2019) I need to make a chatbot but they want it in Dutch. So I have 2 questions:

  1. Any idea when you are going to release advanced support for Dutch?

  2. (If not in the near future.) Is there a way Recast can first translate it to English and then search in the intents. For example: Hoe gaat het? --> Recast translates it --> How are you? --> trigger intent ("ask-feeling") --> Reply in Dutch (via messages in action or via Webhook?) --> "Alles goed met mij" If this is possible we can use it for every language if there isn't advanced support for it!
