[Idea] uploading files via Chatbot

Hi

For a project I want to upload files via the chatbot. Is it possible to implement this?

For example: A person is chatting via Facebook or Webchat and he wants to send a ".docx" or ".pdf" file. So he can then upload this via a button in the chatscreen.
