feature request - drag the screen when dragging skills at graphical view

In a bot with many skills (as the example with conditional requirements that couldn't be set in a single skill, right now), when I drag a skill to the bottom of the screen it would be nice that the screen will scroll down and allow me to drag it to the bottom in a single action, instead of several drags to where the mouse reaches each time
