Have segmented LAN, with IoT in another LAN and standard discovery don't work. I think, that the adding static IP to config.json will be excelent.

Have same problem with Hikvision NVR. Have also Xiaomi Ants and no problem, but with Dafang I cannot define working solution :(

Same problem. If full payload, there is problem with no filtering. If for example Homekit/Switch, there is everything ok.  
Which firmware do you have?
+1 All states are user defined. There is no problem :)
Which device do you have as garage door opener?
