No Sound on iOS

The GCWSoundPlayer gives no sound on iOS or web. It should work at least on iOS

Maybe we need to switch the audio lib.

Regarding https://fluttergems.dev/audio/ there are a lot of plugins.

https://pub.dev/packages/assets_audio_player
https://pub.dev/packages/audioplayers
... I asked this question "which plugin" months ago and we focused on audioplayers 0.20.1.

It is not a problem for me to change the plugin but to test for all platforms.

Hence a suggustion would be helpful.
