Describe the bug If the PS button is assigned the "Record a macro" special action with "Run on Trippger Release" checked, This special action will be executed when the DS4 is powered off and powered on by pressing the PS button, and then the DS4Windows profile is loaded.

It will not be executed in the following two cases ・"Record a macro" special action with "Run on Trippger Release" checked OFF ・"Tap Trigger" special action of "Multi-action Button"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Assign the "Record a macro" special action with "Run on Trippger Release" checked to the PS button. (Example: Setting a macro to input the number “1”)
2. Focus the window of a text editor such as Notepad
3. Turn off the DS4, then press the PS button to turn it on
4. When the DS4Windows profile is loaded, the special action set for the PS button is executed and 1 is entered in the text editor.

Expected behavior Prevent special actions from being executed when pressing the PS button to turn on the power.
