Readme does not include other files

In the readme of the repo there are several lines like this: {% include projects.md %}

As far as I know there's no way to do includes in vanillla github markdown, or to run the script to randomize the mentees. If you know of a way to include the mentors on the main readme page without breaking the functionality on the website or duplicating the mentee list I'll happily merge the PR but for now I have no idea how we'd resolve this issue.
