Suppress ALSA warnings
When I am using this crate in a Raspberry PI I get a lot of ugly error messages:

Some of them I managed to solve by commenting out lines of ALSA configuration files, but these ones I couldn't figure out. I wonder if there's a way I can disable ALSA warnings... If it's not possible currently, I think it'd be a nice option to add.
