Windows 10 audio distortion

Rodio library is used in open-source game Veloren as it's sound system, so that's where I spotted an issue at first.

I'm compiling this test code rodio-test.zip (with commented line it doesn't work properly too). And I get following sound output video

Hello,

I can confirm this issue on one of our two Windows machines. However, it is Windows 11 and not Windows 10. I am assuming it has something to do with the audio hardware/drivers maybe?

Sadly, I am not sure what info could be useful here. However, I would be willing to gather information about the systems as required.
