Filtering by specific albums

I would like the option to filter by album, with inclusion and exclusion of individual albums.

Describe the solution you'd like

Make each element of the albums list selectable as included/neutral/excluded. Images shown should be in all the included albums but not in any of the excluded ones.

You can include specific albums now, but not exclude. This is in the 1.8.0 build.
